  • Commissions are for personal use. Artwork may be used as profile pictures and banners, but may not be used for profit. There are some exceptions. Please let me know if you are interested in commercial works (advertisements, promos, logos, etc.). There will be an additional +50% fee for commercial rights.
  • I own the rights to my work. Please do not put my artwork into an AI engine.
  • Please give credit to me when sharing to social media.
  • I am allowed to post my work on my social media, and will include certain artworks in my portfolio, unless explicitly asked not to.
  • Fan art commissions consisting of characters from any series may be used by me to create merchandise for my shop.
  • Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
  • I take an average of 1-3 months to complete a commission depending on the size, complexity, and concurrent projects.
  • I share updates for the initial sketch, base colors, and final checks. I can share more upon request.
  • Please provide visual references. Non-visual references could result in communication errors along the way. Providing references helps guarantee that I can better fulfill your requests in the process; the more the better!
  • 3 small revisions may be requested. More than 3 will incur an additional fee that must be paid before I continue.
  • I take payments through PayPal (n_radestam@live.com). A deposit of at least half must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue.
  • If you need to cancel your commission after paying the first half of the deposit but before the sketch has been approved, I will give a partial refund.
  • In the rare event I feel that I can't complete the commission, I will give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed.
  • I will send you a full resolution file of the work and a smaller file for social media posting, all in .png unless requested otherwise. No physical product will be delivered for digital artworks.
  • By commissioning me, this means you have read and agree to the terms listed above.
