I used to, and still occasionally, spend hours of my days playing online dress-up games. Kiddonet was my first introduction with their Cartoon Dolls and Fashion Dolls. They can't be played anymore unfortunately. I was also on eLouai when there was just Candybar 1. So many unnamed characters, living in fantastical worlds made up by 11-year-old me, all lost to time. Thankfully you can still play with the Candybar dollmakers on the wayback machine! There was also dressupgames.com, which still exists, but isn't quite what it used to be. It went through a rough patch but seems to be doing good again. Doll Divine had my full attention in 2010ish. Flash Bunny was one of my favorites in 2005, but much of the games have to be found on the wayback machine.
