Demons on Duty
In the beginning, Demons on Duty was based around my friend's OC, V. I wanted to create a bigger world for our two OCs and to give them relationships and lives of their own, thus this series was born. Their world takes place mostly in Hell, but also in Heaven and on Earth. The series now mostly revolves around the daily lives of the social workers and the horrendous encounters they're subjected to.

The characters showcased here are created by me, with the exception of Elliott being a collab. Their jobs are located in the first circle of Hell, helping newly admitted souls find their way through purgatory, and eventually, Hell itself. A special case, a fallen angel-turned-hellhound, lands in Faba's lap, much to her dismay. V is abrasive, overly affectionate, and loves to be social. Faba is a lethargic bundle of nerves after working in purgatory for almost a decade. Time together wears down Faba's skepticism, eventually blooming into a somewhat obsessive friendship.

Remy and Maeve are the receptionists, usually seen bonding over bitter gossip and coffee. Maeve appears disdained with her job, although she secretly enjoys it. Remy is the most satisfied with her job, leeching off the misfortune of every soul she works with. Danton is an unassuming administrative assistant, aside from his floppy haircut. He is hopelessly in love with Faba, sometimes to a fault, and much to the dismay of Maeve and Remy. They would prefer their platonic threesome remain a threesome, being passive-aggressively catty towards not just Danton, but V and other co-workers as well. Carmine is their reclusive boss. He may not show his face often but he does call out from his office every now and then, mostly when he overhears Remy or Maeve taking things too far. Elliott is the only human working in the first circle social service office. He's part-time employed, making a journey from Earth each day, to exorcise souls who are either unwilling to pass on into hell, or those who are "lost". V is infatuated with him, while Elliott is indifferent, if not annoyed by her.
This series is rated Adult for violence, foul language, and explicit sexual situations
