Barbie
Some time in the 90s, over the course of 2 years and 50 illustrated books, 4 individuals created an art style phenomena that still manages to charm people around the world.
Beautiful illustrations of Barbie and friends by artists Jose Pepe Gonzalez Navarro, Manfred Sommer, Edmond Fernández Ripoll, and Burgos. These artists were paid for their work, yet they weren't properly credited. And so, here's a tribute to their gorgeous work.
Here's a Reddit post breaking down the known info. The user has since deleted their account, but thank you for the hard work and research!! And this is the Blogspot interview with Edmond Fernández Ripoll that's also inlcuded in the post.
